I’m in the worst fucking pain because I’m an idiot and forget to lift things properly so I’ve pulled a muscle in my back yesterday and now it’s just like the worst thing ever and I want to put an ice pack or a heat pack on it but I don’t know which one to use and mum’s in bed so I can’t ask her and Google is giving me very conflicting opinions ughhhhhh....

There’s nothing like the person you care for the most not wanting to be around you to make you feel good about yourself. I wish the memories of last night and every other night at that awful place would fade so I wouldn’t be plagued of thoughts of dishonesty, intolerance and a complete lack of mutual respect. But I guess it’s not that hard to believe, I mean I hate myself too.
